Here’s a FABULOUS gift idea from my dear and talented friend, Kayla Lamoreaux: make your own caramel dip. Cover one small can (or several) of condensed milk (label removed) in water and boil for 3 hours. You’ll need to monitor the water level and add more as needed so the can(s) is covered the whole time. Kayla added a digitally handmade label and gave hers away in a gift bag with some apples. You’ll need to tell the receiver of your gift to add 1 tsp of vanilla and stir after they open it. Kayla is graciously giving away on Digi Scrap 101 a free digital label template that fits a small can of condensed milk. To go to to DS 101 and download her template, CLICK HERE.
How clever!
I made this last year after Kayla had posted it on her blog and it is YUMMY!!!
I posted a photo of the finished product
