This layout appeared in the Creating Keepsakes Scrapbooking Ideas for Every Season special issue. It was one of the first I created as a member of the WRMK design team. These photos are of a rare snow day in Alabama.
I used my scallop edge punch to create the snowflake accents. I inked the edges of the punched scallop strips with gold metallic StazOn for added definition.
Tip: the background papers of your two page layouts don’t have to be identical. As long as you use other elements to create a sense of unity across the page, different color papers totally work!
So beautiful! You'll have to share your snowflake technique 🙂
