I made a couple more votive jars using We R Memory Keepers Washi Adhesive Sheets and my Cricut. This time I decided to use the negative space left on the sheet after cutting out a shape. Here’s what I came up with:
I had to remove these and reposition them a couple of times to get them just right, but honestly the washi sheets were just as sticky after a few repositions as they were when I first stuck them down. Great stuff!! And here’s what was left after I peeled off the negative washi sheet area:
I’m saving these to use on another project. How cool is that? Two projects from one cut! Be sure to save your shapes and negative spaces when die cutting to see if you can use them on another project. You’ll save time and resources if you do.
