bat wreath

Halloween decor is so much fun, and I’ve been so inspired by all the spooky wreaths I’ve been seeing around the internet, so I decided to make my own version to hang on my craft room door.  I pulled out my favorite Bewitched collection and some Lifestyle Crafts Bat Shape Dies, and this is what I came up with:

I started by cutting out several bats from grey, black, and purple patterned paper using the bat dies, my Evolution machine, and Genius Platform.
I bought a 12 inch grapevine wreath at a craft store, and spray painted it black.  Using my glue gun, I adhered the bats to the wreath.  I love the dimension these dies have with their pre-scored folds!
Finally, I added some alphas on black trim dangling from the center and some ribbon to hang the wreath.

I’m so happy with how my wreath turned out, and it came together so quickly using the bat dies and Evolution machine.  Spooky cheers!
