A couple of weeks ago we got BOOed. If you’re not familiar with what that means, you can check out THIS WEBSITE–it’s a really fun activity that we do around Halloween with some of our neighbors.
Anyway, when it was our turn to BOO someone else, we decided to make some fun cookies I had added to my Pinterest boards. You can find the recipe for Gooey Monster Eye Cookies HERE. Cutest cookies ever, and they taste pretty darn good, too!
To add a fun festive touch (and because I just can’t resist getting my paper craft on) I made a custom doily to line the cookie platter. I used a washi adhesive sheet from We R Memory Keepers and one of their Lucky 8 Punches. Perfect grease-proof custom doily!
For smaller batch of treats you could use We R’s Mini 8 Punches. And if you don’t have any washi sheets, just use your favorite patterned paper or cardstock. You could this for any holiday or occasion–just use the appropriate papers and colors.
