The third segment of my Valentine’s Day series includes some ideas for DIY valentines. Check out some fun ideas below to let that someone special know just how much you care.
Reasons I Love You
Giving a handmade gift really makes someone feel special. But when you add the personal touch of journaling, that handmade gift feels even more special. I used some Captured Journaling Cards to write down reasons why I love my sweetheart and placed them in this decorative bag I made with the Gift Bag Punch Board.

After journaling on my cards, I embellished the front of the bag with Washi Tape, Baker’s Twine, and a Crazy For You Embossed Sticker and Mini Badge.
I love that this gift not only represents the time and effort I spent to make it, but it also includes my heartfelt handwritten thoughts, feelings, and expressions of love.
DIY Elegant Letterpress Cards
Take a look at these elegant valentines I created with the letterpress, some textured cardstock, and my 2 Edge Punches. I even created matching envelopes using my Envelope Punch Board and the new Envelope Wraps to make these valentines a bit more special.
For a video tutorial on how to create these, plus some letterpress tips and tricks visit the We R Memory Keepers blog tomorrow.
