flower punch board project + giveaway!

Let’s start with the giveaway! If you’d like to crank out some serious scrapbook pages while taking part in some fun stash-busting challenges (with prizes, of course) then you’ll love this class!

If you’d like a chance at winning a free seat in my upcoming Stashbusters Anonymous workshop at Big Picture Classes, leave a comment telling me one item in your stash that you probably have the most of (ie patterned paper, washi tape, punches, markers, etc). Comments will remain open until Tuesday, April 8th at midnight (MT). I’ll announce a winner on Wednesday morning so be sure to check back and see if you won!

We R Flower Punch Board Project!!

I’m so excited to share this Flower Punch Board Project with you today!  I love all the painted mason jars I’ve been seeing lately on the internet, so I made some flowers with the punch board from Sheer Metallic papers and placed them in a mason jar I painted white.

After I painted the jar and allowed it to dry, I sanded it with some fine grain sandpaper to get a distressed look and then tied some silver Sew Easy Glitter Floss to the top. I created several 4 inch and 3 inch flowers and layered them together, some vellum and some metallic cardstock. Then I added some Enamel Dots to the centers of the flowers.

Check out the video below where I demonstrate how to use the Flower Punch Board to create the flowers for this project.

I hope you enjoyed this project and video!
