I used the beautiful new The Story Of Fall collection from Echo Park Paper, along with the coordinating Silhouette shapes to dress up some simple craft store clear bags.
To create the bows I used a thin metal die that I have, but you could also use your electronic die cutting machine or there are several free bow templates available online.
