Last week was Banner Punch Board Week on the We R Memory Keepers blog, and I had the chance to share how to use this fabulous tool on a scrapbook layout. The Banner Punch Board is great for garlands and banners for parties, or for making holiday decor, but it can also add a fun element to cards and scrapbook pages! Check out how I used it on this layout! (View the original post on the We R blog HERE.)
For this layout I cut several different small banner shapes 1 1/2″- 3″ high and wide from some Wildflower papers with my Banner Punch Board. Then I placed them across my page in two garlands, mixing in my photos and some die cut ephemera pieces from the Wildflower collection.
I machine stitched along the top of both garlands, and then added a title, some journaling, and a few more embellishments.
I hope this project helps you see how you can use this awesome tool on scrapbook pages. If you need more inspiration for using the Banner Punch Board, check out my Banner Day Class over at Big Picture Classes.
In this class, you’ll learn how to create three different and unique projects. Throughout each lesson, I’ll share tips and techniques you can use to alter these projects and use them to celebrate any occasion!
