If you haven’t heard, We R Memory Keepers recently announced some more new releaseses and one of my favorites this time around is the DIY Party Light Strand. Lights add such a fun and festive feel to any type of decor, and I love the star and diamond shaped vellum bulb covers.
I wanted my garland to complement my St. Patrick’s Day decor, so I went with a gold color scheme. I selected the Gold Glitter Bulb Caps to cover the LED bulbs on the strand.
I covered some of the bulbs with gold vellum paper stars, and some of them with gold vellum paper diamonds.
They come in a package of 12 different color metallic bulb covers, and are pre-cut, pre-scored, and self-adhesive so they’re really easy to assemble using the included instructions.
Once I covered some of the bulbs, I made some gold metallic tassels using the Fringe and Score Board and the 6×12 inch mylar sheets. I like how the tassels break up the garland a bit.
This new DIY Party Light Strand collection is great for parties, weddings, showers, or for a fun home decor idea. They add such a pretty touch to any space!
